Act as our ambassador to the community
Approach your volunteer role with enthusiasm, dignity, courtesy, and consideration toward others
Have a sincere desire to volunteer and an understanding of the value of your volunteer contributions
Carry out your tasks efficiently and effectively to help ensure each visitor enjoys their experience
Ask questions to ensure that you understand a role/task before accepting it
Work as a team member with staff and fellow volunteers.
Respect confidentiality of information
Participate in training sessions and meetings relating to your volunteering
Commit to an agreed upon number of volunteer hours
