Banting House National Historic Site in London, ON is home to Canada’s FIRST Talking Statue.

Banting’s statue will give you a call and tell you, in his own words, all about his co-discovery of insulin, what’s happening in research today, and what the Flame of Hope at Banting House means tot the diabetes community.

Visitors can scan a QR code on Sir Frederick Banting’s statue and hear directly from the Nobel laureate himself—voiced by award-winning Canadian actor R.H. Thomson.
