COVID-19 Guidelines:
Please note that masks are no longer required but are strongly recommended at Banting House as we serve a population that is immunocompromised. If you forgot your mask but still wish to wear one, we can provide you with one at the front desk.
We are still screening visitors at the door and will ask you to sign off on a form that will be completed at the time of your booking.
We look forward to you visiting if you or anyone else in your party:
- have not experienced symptoms of fever, fatigue, difficulty in breathing or dry cough or exhibiting any other symptoms related to Covid-19 within the last 14 days.
- a doctor, health care provider, or public health unit has not told you that you should currently be isolating (staying at home).
- is currently not experiencing any new Covid-19 symptoms and/or waiting for test results after experiencing symptoms.
If you or anyone else in your party cannot respond “Yes” to the above, we ask that you schedule your visit on a future date.
Limitation of Liability
Any indoor public space where people come together, like Banting House National Historic Site, produces a risk of exposure to the coronavirus (COVID-19). By being in a public space like Banting House you voluntarily assume all the risks related to infection exposure. During your visit to Banting House, please help to keep each other healthy by wearing a face mask.

From the 401:
– Exit onto Highbury Avenue North.
– Turn left onto Hamilton Road.
– Turn right onto Adelaide Street North.
– Banting House is just north of Dundas Street on the right.
Parking:
There is a small free parking lot directly behind the museum, accessible off of Queens Avenue. If that lot is full, there is paid parking available at the lot surrounding Banting House.
The parking lot surrounding Banting House is Municipal Lot #2 (641 Queens Ave) and is accessible from Queens Ave, Adelaide Street, and Elizabeth Street. It is managed by the city of London. The fee for the lot is $1.00 per hour. Parking vouchers can be purchased at the machine in the lot and should be displayed visibly on the dashboard of your car. You can also use the HonkMobile App on your smartphone to purchase parking. If you use the code “CORE” on your phone, you can get 2 hours of free parking!
